Best Places To Eat in Cannock

Cannock offers a wide range of mouth-watering food from cheaper fast food, pub grub to some fabulous restaurants.
​From the local McDonalds to the little hidden treasures in Cannock, no matter what kind of food you fancy, cannock has it all. I have chosen my top three restaurants in Cannock and although it was hard to choose i though i would give the best section possible. 
So in no particular order here are my recommended top 3 places to eat in Cannock -

Podge & Tin 
Based in the centre of Cannock, i absolutely love this place they have a wide selection from fresh burgers, steaks, nandos style peri chicken, wraps, pittas, salads and also the British favourite fish & chips. 

My second choice would have to be 

The Shabab Balti & Tandoori Restaurant 
The Shabab is a Multi Award winning Indian restaurant which also offers a takeaway service. 
At the shabab you can find a wide range of many Indian, Asian, Balti & Bangladeshi dishes all freshly cooked, in my option this is one of the best indian restaurants i have came across in the Cannock area.

 My 3 recommendation and like i said these are in no particular order would have to be

Dog and Partridge
Here at the Dog and Partridge i have to say is some of the best homemade food i have tried in a while. The Dog & Partridge is a friendly country pub located just a few minutes from Cannock in Calf Heath. They offer a wide range of beers, spirits and soft drinks and also many cask ales if that your thing. This traditional country pub serves all your pub favourite such as steaks, pies, lasagnes & sausage and eggs while also serving a gluten free menu.

Cannock's Nightlife

Cannock offers a wide range of bars and clubs with Cannock's town centre being the most popular for a night out.  
One of the most popular bar's in Cannock town centre has to be Bar Sport.
Bar Sport is a sports bar with a fantastic atmosphere, there website states that they are the UK's biggest sports bars, showing live sport all day, every day.
What i can say is after visiting bar sport on many occasion it surely is a great place to go for few drinks, it's defiantly worth a visit when on a night out in Cannock while seeing what other great bars have to offer in the town centre.

Hotel's In Cannock

Cannock has quite a large selection of Hotels for a small town from budget rooms at OYO Chase Suites to more luxury rooms at the likes of the Holiday Inn.

The hotel i have stayed in previously and recommend to family and friends is  - 

Holiday Inn Cannock
Is a great place to stay if while staying in Cannock it consists of contemporary rooms, a free gym and situated close to the M6.
Every time i have stayed in the Holiday Inn- Cannock i have found the rooms to be very updated and clean which have all included you standard hotel features such as TV's, air conditioning a minibar along with tea and coffee-making facilities. 
What i also love about the Holiday Inn is the view's across Cannock, with the building being mainly all glass windows you are able to see for miles if staying on one of the higher floors.
