Our Drive And Patio Cleaning Service

With our driveway and patio cleaning service we are able to clean many different surfaces 


Block Paving Cleaning & Re-sanding 

First off we clean the block paving using our surface cleaner and for more stubborn areas we using a turbo nozzle and lance to remove all the weeds and moss in-between the gaps of the paving. 
Once the areas has been fully deep cleaned a treatment is applied to fully kill all lichen and algae spore before we leave the area to dry.
Once the block paving has dried we then return to replace the sand between the blocks using kiln dried sand,

Tarmac Cleaning

Tarmac is best to be cleaned using a surface cleaner with wider fan jet so the pressure is spread across a large surface area when cleaning. If the tarmac is heavily soiled with moss it is alway best to pre treat the moss with a moss killer a couple of week before the clean is to be under taken as this then loosens the moss spores making them much easier to detach from the surface meaning less pressure is needed. The less pressure you use on tarmac the better as if loss tarmac can easily start to break apart.
If the tarmac has lost its colour we can apply tarmac restoration product that can bring a tired looking driveway back to life

Imprinted concrete driveway are easy to maintain on the cleaning side of things but every 3-5 years you will need to hire a professional either driveway cleaning company or drive laying company to come in to re-seal the driveway. 
If the concrete driveway it not re-sealed every few years the colour pigment that has been applied to the drive starts to fade and wear back to bare concrete which can then lead to all kinds of problems such as cracks etc... 
If left for to long a colour pigment will need to be added into the sealer to fully bring back the driveway back to its former glory.

Patio Cleaning

With our patio cleaning service we tend to take the same approach as our driveway cleaning, we like to first off use our surface cleaner to remove the main top layer of grime. 
Once this has been removed we then apply a treatment to the patio to kill all lichens/algae before going over more stubborn areas and all edges with the lance.
We are able to clean all patio areas what ever the surface - natural stone, block paving, flagstone, slabs you name it we have cleaned it.
